This hollow and highly detailed medal has the inscription in Latin "Regina sine labe originali concepta O.P.N.", which means "Queen conceived without original sin, pray for us."
On the back side of the medal is the letter "M" for Mary at the bottom of the cross that symbolizes Christ, surrounded by a crown of twelve stars, and with the Immaculate Heart and the Sacred Heart next to each other.
